In this article, I will show you the ways on how to make your day productive as a beginner blogger.
The worst thing you can do to yourself is the mismanagement of your time.
When you do not know how to use your time effectively.
When you are a full-time employee in a company and wants to start a blog as a side-income source then you will have a limited time to manage all the things.
It is necessary to plan your day effectively, once you reach home after office.
If you are a beginner then nobody will be going to help you, you alone have to manage everything.
In this world, where we are competing with each other in terms of blogging, income, and status, we have to move forward carefully.
You must cover all the aspects, plan your content well, and give the time to your family and friends as well.
When I used to see people sharing their income report(which they have earned from blogging) I used to get de-motivated as well as motivated.
Motivated because I have entered into the right place and demotivated because they are earning huge income but I was not even nearby them.
So then I decided to write more blog posts, attract more traffic to my blog, start earning income from my blog, join affiliate marketing programs and to work on various other passive income sources.
These things are not easy to achieve but not impossible as well. So planning can make it easier to get what you are looking for.
There is a saying “If you do proper planning, your half of the work is done”.
So planning is the topmost requirement in your business and even in your life as a blogger(especially when you are a beginner).
So Let me show you my Time-Table, How I decide on what to write and when to write.
My goal for the week includes:-
1. One Blog/Week.
2. Publish Tutorial Tools for Beginners.
3. Finding Income resources for my blog.
4. Preparing a strategy to improve my blog.
These above goals are sub-divided into these daily goals.

When I reach home I would be so tired that I cannot work on everything at once.
So this plan helps me to stay focus and I will be able to focus more on other important things.
Productivity Tips for Beginner Bloggers
1. Prepare your own Time-Table according to your requirement.
2. Do your research well and do not waste your valuable time twice.
3. Prepare a List of things in advance so that you should know what you will be working on.
4. Use keyword research tools like SEMrush and Google Keyword Planner to know the most search keyword/phrase to insert into your article.
5. Find the best time to write your article.
6. Do not work on everything at once. Break your goal into many sub-goals.

At the beginning of the month do proper keyword research and create the blog post list(topic) and mention in the calendar and write your article according to that.

We all use Google in our daily routine. Google has made our life so much easier and improves our productivity.
As of now, you might have seen the Google docs in the Gmail account.
Use this tool as a productive tool. When you write a blog it is very hard to write it in one sitting, Ideas will keep rolling into our mind and if we do not write it we mostly forget.
So whenever you are writing an article, write on this tool so that whenever you want to add something to the article you can write it from anywhere.
You can continue writing the article where you left off last time.
Whenever you write an article do not write it at once, first, break it into small parts.
Write phrases or points you want to mention in the article so that you can elaborate it later.
Evernote will give you the option to record these keywords and terms so that you can share with your team or yourself on a cloud-based platform and can pick up from anywhere and anytime.

This is a downloadable tool and helps you write a distraction-free article.

We all make mistakes and there is a tool to correct all our sentence and grammatical errors and can optimize our content/blog post.
The best thing about Grammarly is that it will not only correct your grammar mistakes but also will give you good synonymous ideas for every word you use, this option will help you present yourself as professional in front of your readers.
9. Social Sharing
The worst thing you can do to your article is not sharing it.
Once you share your content your readers can give you new ideas and you can take their views and can create new blogs and can save a lot of your time in search of new blog ideas.
You can also update your old content with these ideas.
With this, you will get a view on your article and suggestions to improve for the better.
Use tools like Hootsuite or Buffer or the Social Pilot etc.
If you are a beginner, I am sure you are downloading images from Google or from other stock image websites.
The owner of the image can take legal action on you.
Even if you give credit to them then also they have the rights to claim for their image.
Create your own images and Infographics by tools like Canva and Piktochart. These both are free tools.
11. Todoist Extension(For Chrome)
It is good to have a daily schedule(To-Do List), what you have to do and when to do.
Set your deadline for every task.
If you want to improve your productivity then you should finish your task in the given time so that you can take other tasks.
Use tools like chrome extension like Todoist, You can use these tools in the phones as well to match your deadlines.
